Placing An Order

Once you find the products you like, there are several ways to order from ListenHear:

• Place an order online for all standard products. To place an order for custom products, you will need to contact a hearing professional in your area.
• Call us at (800) 262-8611 or email us to find a provider in your area. We’ll help you find the nearest location and answer any questions you may have.

Getting a Custom Fitting

If you’ve placed a custom earmold order, your next step will be to get an earmold impression taken at a hearing professional near you. If you have your impression taken by a hearing professional, you may be required to pay a nominal fee for the service. Contact us at 1-800-262-8611 for additional information and pricing on our custom products.

After your fitting is complete, your ListenHear provider will send your impressions to our world-class production facility. Once we receive your impressions it will take 3 to 5 business days to build your earpiece. All products will be shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Next Day service.
