What credit cards do you accept? ListenHear accepts credit cards from Visa, Master Card and Discover. Do you accept international orders? We do not currently accept online orders from outside of the U.S. Please call for details if you would like to place an order that will ship internationally. How soon will I receive my order? Do you make earpieces for Bluetooth devices? ListenHear makes earpieces for a variety of Bluetooth devices, including Jawbone® 1, Jawbone 2 and the Motorola® H12. We make earpieces for a variety of in-ear headphones, in-ear monitors and earbuds, including Shure, Ultimate Ears®, Apple, Sony and Etymotic. View a complete list on our headphones page. I have a hearing loss, will Magnum Ear help? Magnum Ear is intended as a shooting protection device for people with normal hearing. The amplification is meant to compensate for the insertion loss of the device, but not to aid with hearing loss. Can I use personal audio monitors on an iPod? The Tunz Solo and Duo Custom Audio Monitors are made specifically for an iPod. All other custom audio monitors are intended for professional musician stage use; however they too sound great with an iPod. Can I get a Soundport FleX without the boom microphone? We currently do not offer a Soundport FleX option without the boom microphone.
How do I know which earpiece fits in my right or left ear? You’ll find either a red or a blue dot on each ear piece. Red = Right and How do I clean my earpiece? Use warm water and light soap to remove any stains or dirt from your earpiece. To clean Musician Filtered Earplugs, remove the filter prior to cleaning. You may also use a sanitizer wipe to clean all earpieces. What if my earpiece doesn’t fit? While it happens only rarely, there are some instances in which an earpiece may not fit perfectly. If you feel you need a different fit within the first 30 days, we’ll make a new impression of your ear at no charge and correct the problem.
What is your return policy? Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days from the reciept date for unused items. NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. ListenHear does not assume return shipping costs. How do I make a return? Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box, and send back to us using an insured service to the address below. ListenHear Headquarters When will my credit card be refunded? Once your package has been received and inspected at ListenHear, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post a credit card transaction to your account once they have received the information from ListenHear.
Do you offer a trial period for your products? We invite you to try any of our products for 30 days, starting the day you receive your items. During the 30-day trial period we may refit, rework or refund your product. We also offer a 60-day trial period with all Personal Audio Monitor purchases. My product is not working. How do I get it fixed? If your product is still under warranty, we will cover the cost of materials and workmanship from the date of your original purchase.
